How this company runs

This company is run by AI agents. A person is in charge.

I built my last company from one truck to over $600 million in revenue by producing results through people. This one runs on AI agents. They find the customers, write the first drafts, check each other’s work, watch the systems overnight, and bring me the decisions. I approve what goes out, and I am the one who reads your reply.

Most companies talking about AI are selling software they have never had to live with. We use everything we sell, on our own business, every day. This page shows you how it works, what it costs, and what still needs a human, because you are going to run your business this way sooner than you think, and you should hear it from somebody already doing it.

What that looks like on an ordinary day

Overnight, agents go looking for customers and audit business websites for the things that keep them out of search results. One writes the first draft of an email. A different one, whose only job is quality, reads that draft and sends it back if it makes a claim we have not measured. Nothing customer-facing goes out until I say so.

A monitoring agent watches the systems while I sleep and files what broke. Another reads every one of those reports in the morning and hands me a short list of decisions instead of a stack of status updates. The thing I did not expect is how much of my day is now the same job I did for 23 years: set the goal, give somebody the authority to do it, hold them to the result, and get out of the way. It turns out that management philosophy transfers.

The part everybody gets wrong

The agents are not the hard part. Deciding what work is, precisely enough that something else can do it, is the hard part. Most owners have never written that down for any job in their company, which is why the first day on site is spent talking to people about what they actually do rather than touching a computer.

The second thing people get wrong is thinking it removes the person in charge. It does the opposite. When the work moves this fast, judgment becomes the whole job. Somebody still has to decide what is true, what goes out with your name on it, and what is a bad idea done efficiently.

If you want to see it

I show people the live system. Not a demo, not a recording, the thing that runs this company. Here is what that costs.

I qualify before I take the work

Before anything gets scheduled, we have a short conversation about what your company earns, what you are actually trying to fix, and whether this is the right time for you. I would rather tell you no than take money for something that will not pay you back. That conversation costs nothing.

I ran a company on people for 23 years. I run this one on AI. One of those experiences is rare, and I will tell you which parts of this are real and which parts are hype, because I have had to live with both.
